It’s important to understand the perilous threat contained within the proliferation of telecommunications towers being arbitrarily, unlawfully, and unconstitutionally forced into public places against community majority will and in contemptuous disregard of strenuous objections founded upon demonstrably serious public health and safety concerns. What’s carefully concealed is that the 5G technology deployed in these deadly towers is invented and designed by DARPA – the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. DARPA is a deeply sinister organization responsible for the design and deployment of the most malevolent weapons technology imaginable.

Evil socio-psychopaths do not create technology for the public good. Since the military couldn’t openly introduce such an all-encompassing, lethally weaponized network without provoking public alarm they creatively funneled it out through the Telcos disguised as communications upgrade and improvement. The inescapable fact remains it’s an anti-personnel battlefield-ready system featuring lethal capabilities. Yes, it’ll enhance communications, but the catastrophic cost and deliberately obscured purpose demands urgent investigation because the horrific consequences are unthinkable. 5G is perilously harmful to all biological life forms to the extent that a growing number of research scientists originally involved in its development have jumped ship and filed criminal charges of genocide against their previous employers. This global scientific backlash continues yet gangster corporations and their co-opted regulatory agencies callously ignore incontestable proof of a clear and present danger, even to the point of placing these lethal monstrosities directly beside schools and busy shopping centers. These towers emit microwave radiation at 50,000x higher than the legal limit. Most communities remain unaware of these alarming facts which is why I brought them to the attention of the Rockingham shire council, the federal member for Brand Madelaine King and the regional representative Paul Papalia. I respectfully submitted this well-intentioned alert along with a peer-reviewed scientific report establishing the known radiation dangers and irrefutable threat levels issuing from 5G phone towers.

Unfortunately, all evaded the issue disingenuously claiming it’s not their area of responsibility but saying not to worry because the government says it’s safe. Well government said thalidomide, asbestos and tobacco were safe too didn’t they! Alarmingly council refuses to discuss radiation dangers, perhaps in the hope the rampaging elephant in the room might magically disappear. Well, it won’t! To its credit our local council did oppose the location but caved into bullying threats of financial blackmail from crime gang government. No municipal authority or government agency can coerce or compel participation in a crime, and 5G towers constitute a horrific crime against humanity. I respectfully repeated my request they honour their mandated duty of care responsibilities by resolutely opposing this horrendous crime against humanity based on incontestable public health and safety issues and not by way of easily manipulated planning regulations. Councils due diligence / duty of care obligation compels prompt meaningful response to public safety concerns.

I requested independent safety studies demonstrating that these towers are safe in terms of radiation exposure, a compulsory precautionary principle pertaining to all aspects of public health. This request went unaddressed. Why? Because no safety studies exist. Nor will they ever exist because any genuine safety study will immediately and unmistakably expose the unavoidable dangers. The myriad harmful effects of 5G phone towers are beyond the scope of this message but are easily discovered via Google and YouTube searches. A massive and ever-growing body of evidence exists for regulatory authorities to investigate, but they ignore the proven science and trivialize insistent alerts from qualified personnel. This translates to maleficence and abuse of public office, reckless endangerment, and gross human rights abuse. Before moving to Secret Harbour in December 2016, I spent 5 years fighting the eco-terrorism of fracking in the regional Midwest shire of Dandaragan where 98% of the independently surveyed community emphatically rejected the criminal insanity of this proven ecocide. Here again a unified community provided compelling evidence justifying the immediate cessation of ruinous fracking, but the rule of law is perverted into an instrument of plunder and rampant extortion inflicted by a racketeering corporatocracy masquerading as government.

The salient fact all elected representatives ignore is that constitutionally the people are the foundation of government and law with publicly elected representatives existing to serve the people. They have no lawful remit to dictate harmful impositions against public will and in defiance of strenuous and overwhelming community objection. The sole authority any administration possesses derives exclusively from the consent of the governed. That is the informed consent of we the people, which begs the question does the Secret Harbour community consent to this lethal, battlefield ready weapon threatening a popular shopping center and busy school? Instead of serving the public the organized crime of corrupt governments facilitates the rapacious greed of the covert controllers to the ever-worsening deprivation of the people. This derives from a clandestine hostile takeover of government by a hidden luciferien satanic blood cult.
