Tony, there is a consistent pattern of this phenomenon. The animals are always returned to the same place they were taken from. This supports my theory that the perpetrators are non-human/ETS because there is, in my opinion, an agreement between Govts and ETs to allow the taking of biological samples in exchange for advanced equip/info etc. The key to it is that for an agreement to work the ETs must leave a “receipt” – the corpse. The ETs could just dump the corpses in the ocean or deep forest and no one would know, other than a mysterious disappearance. I think it unlikely corpses are dropped back down out of sheer arrogance and there is a purpose behind this.
